Presentation at the final conference of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project “European Humanistic Vision in Human Resource Management” (27.02.2025, online)
On 27 February 2025, the team of the National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine joined the final conference of the Jean Monnet project “European Humanistic Vision in Human Resource Management” (101048168 — HumEU — ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH), implemented by Zaporizhzhia National University under the EU Erasmus+ Programme.
About 70 participants took part in the conference: scientists, experts, public figures, PhD students and students, who discussed current challenges and prospects for humanistic personnel management in the modern world.
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine, delivered a presentation on the role of the Erasmus+ Programme in supporting academic research, educational initiatives, and promoting European approaches to human resource management.
The conference provided a platform to discuss humanistic HRM practices, project results, and further perspectives for integrating European values into the HR field.
